here now
is being present
enjoying the moment
living in bliss
and accepting and calming
all the things that life has to offer
that are beautiful
being your true authentic self right now
and embracing everything that the universe has for you

for me
here and now is an intersection
of both place and time
these are the you know, tools one can wield
to be present in every moment
it’s where universes collide
and time collapses upon itself
to kind of reveal the divine truth
we all inherited
here, now

being here now is um, mindfully loving yourself
i think first the impact of words
is one of the most magical forces we can tap into
you know
they carry the power to heal and destroy
and it can do it all at once
but the statement here now
it think um
puts into perspective place and time
but reminds us that being present is an action
how we choose to honor ourselves and others
it has great impact on the future
rather we are here to witness that impact or not
um, you know
the term itself is simple and is short in form
but when you say it out loud
you can really hear the complexity
of a long and unforeseen journey ahead
so in a sense i think that it’s a dare to be bold
